Editing and Publishing The Book

Images Editing
Our project manager will carefully review all the digital image files, handwriting notes, assessing the flow between visuals and storytelling. If any questions arise—whether about missing details, formatting, or clarity—we’ll note them and reach out for confirmation or further input.

Simultaneously, two specialized teams will collaborate to bring your story to life:
Graphic Design Team specifies to handle:
•  Photo editing and enhancement
•  File conversion, Formatting, Transcripting
•  Book Cover and layout, Typesetting,
•  Video and audio editing, Animation

Writing Team & Interview
Our writer will dive deep into your story materials and request additional details to enrich specific sections—especially those with high emotional or educational impact. For example, if your story includes a journey to financial success through smart bond investments, she may suggest conducting a focused interview to capture insights and tone authentically. Then she think of what approach to develop a strong narrative structure: whether chronological, thematic, documentary, or fictionalized, a clear structure will help you tell the story effectively.  On the other hand, she also remind you that something related to defamation, legal violation, concerned people’ names without consent should be avoidable.

Your story is in expert hands. Every detail you’ve shared will be treated with respect and intention as we craft something truly meaningful. Let us know if you'd like to preview any part of the process or add new layers to the narrative.

Revising and Proofreading
The first draft of the book will be provided in PDF format for your review. You’ll have up to two weeks to complete revisions and proofreading. We’ll also share clear guidance on how to make edits online. The process typically involves minimal back-and-forth and can be finalized within the two-week timeframe.

Printing and Production
Once the final version is approved, we’ll move forward with printing. At this stage, we’ll confirm the number of copies, printing specifications, packaging preferences, and delivery arrangements. Please note that no physical mock-up will be provided for approval. The finished books will be shipped directly from the production facility within the agreed delivery window.

Online Storage and Website Support
The finalized PDF, along with any unused or revised images, will be securely stored in a Google Drive folder. You’ll receive a password to access the files. If you're interested in creating a website with a custom domain to showcase your family biography, we offer a straightforward solution to help you get started. Just let us know your vision, and we’ll support you in bringing it to life.
