1 One-Stop Creative Collaboration
From concept to completion, you’ll work closely with our Project Manager, Senior Graphic Designers, and Ghostwriting Team to shape your story, design your book layout, and oversee printing—all within an agreed timeline.
To ensure editorial quality, we kindly request your permission to edit and modify submitted images and manuscripts as needed.
2. Content Collection & Editorial Support
You’ll receive a comprehensive guidebook to help you gather and upload your materials - photos, captions, video clips, voice recordings, songs, and more.
If needed, our team is ready to assist at every step. Once materials are received, we handle editing, transcription, layout design, and final publishing with care and precision.
3. Bespoke Cover Design Options
Select from three custom-designed cover templates, each crafted to reflect the tone, personality, and emotional depth of your memoir.
Our designers will ensure your chosen cover complements the story within.
4. Premium Printing & Binding
We offer high-quality printing and binding services for personal editions.
Hardback Specifications:
• Cover & Back Cover: 1200 gsm greyboard wrapped in 120 gsm laminated coated art paper
• Interior Pages (ROP): 120 gsm uncoated paper
• Binding: Premium Perfect Binding
Note: We do not provide mock-up samples prior to mass production. We do not facilitate publication through commercial publishers.
5. Schedule & Delivery Commitment
We are committed to meeting agreed deadlines and ensuring timely delivery of your completed memoir. Your story deserves care, and we honour that with every page we produce.
6. Online Storage
The finalized PDF, along with any unused or revised images, will be securely stored in a Google Drive folder. You’ll receive a password to access the files.
Additional Services & Custom Requirements
Any extra work or bespoke requests will be quoted separately to ensure transparency and flexibility. These may include:
• Extended Page Count -Additional pages exceeding the 10% of base layout.
• Preset Quantity of Printed Copies - Custom printing beyond standard quantities.
