Color Availability We confirm the availability of pen barrel colors. Black pens are always in stock. Please email us to inquire about other colors and quantities. A quotation will be sent for final confirmation.

Pricing The unit cost of the Pen varies depending on the quantity ordered. Enjoy a 10% discount for orders of 51-150 pieces, and a 20% discount for orders of 151 or more.  The Minimum Order Quantity is 30 copies. VAT is not included. The cost of logo printing is included in the prices.  

Early Bird Discount of 10% extra is offered until 30 April 2025. The final Price will be based on the quotation provided upon receiving your request via email.

Personalization We engrave your school's name on both the pen barrel and packaging box. No minimum order quantity is required—each leaver receives a personalized keepsake.

Packaging Options We offer two styles of generic gift boxes (A & B) for selection. Additional styles, such as PU boxes, wooden boxes, and genuine leather pen sleeves, are available upon request. The cost of logo printing is included in the price.
